SCHEDULING
We bring our heart screenings directly to your community by partnering with schools, physicians, and youth organizations throughout the region. This mobile model allows us to keep costs low—saving your family money—without the overhead of maintaining multiple clinic locations.
Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps from our scheduling page:

Once you’re scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know before your visit.
COST
For just $149, your child will receive the same heart screening tests that would typically cost over $1,500 if performed in a hospital setting.
However, we understand that even this reduced price may still be a challenge for some families. That’s why, with the help of our nonprofit partners, we’re committed to making sure no child is left out due to cost.
Financial assistance is available for families who qualify—you can check eligibility here.
Although we are not able to bill health insurance, you can use your HSA or FSA to cover the screening cost.
TESTING
Our non-invasive heart screenings are available for individuals ages 8 to 25 and take approximately 30 minutes. These screenings are safe, painless, and designed to detect hidden heart conditions before they become serious.
Each HeartCheck Includes:
Echocardiogram (Echo)
A cardiac ultrasound is performed to evaluate the heart’s structure and function. This test helps detect abnormalities in the heart muscle, valve function, aortic root, and coronary arteries. The Mayo Clinic refers to the echocardiogram as the “gold standard” for assessing heart structure.
Electrocardiogram (EKG)
A 12-lead EKG measures the heart’s electrical activity. It can identify irregular heart rhythms and detect potentially dangerous conditions like Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome and Long QT syndrome, which may not show symptoms but can lead to sudden cardiac arrest if left untreated.
Blood Pressure Screening
High blood pressure in youth is a growing concern and often goes unnoticed. Elevated blood pressure can lead to serious long-term health issues such as heart disease and stroke. This screening identifies potential risks early, especially in children who may not show symptoms.
Health & Family History Review
Each participant completes a detailed health and family history questionnaire to help our cardiologists assess risk factors and better understand any hereditary conditions that could affect heart health.
RESULTS
Afterwards, all exams are reviewed by Board Certified Pediatric Cardiologists, with results returned to the patient’s parent/guardian, as well as sent to their personal physician as requested. When an abnormality is identified, the patient is instructed in the final report, and by phone contact from us, to seek further care from their personal physician.
